'The IRS is going to be all over you pal'
UFC president Dana White has taken yet another a swipe at Floyd Mayweather in the on-going saga surrounding the mega-fight between his charge Conor McGregor and the undefeated boxing champion.
White responded to Mayweather’s claim he was low-balling him in a $25 million offer to fight UFC champ.
The retired boxer scoffed at the offer and said White was a "f----n' comedian" while flashing his Hublot LaFerrari watch, which is reportedly worth $250k.
“Floyd said that he made an offer. He never made an offer. It’s not true. I made an offer,” White said. “So if you’re serious, there’s a real offer. Where do we go from here, Floyd?”
For Mayweather to even consider fighting the UFC champ he has to go through White because the UFC has an exclusive contract with McGregor.
There’s still plenty of negotiating to be done but the fact that these two are already throwing out numbers means it’s only a matter of time.
