A video posted to TikTok of a water bottle with a note being handed to Novak Djokovic is going viral.

During a changeover in the second set of the Djoker's second round clash with Enzo Couacaud last Thursday evening, a member of his support crew were filmed attaching a note to a water bottle, before handing it to veteran ATP tour supervisor Gerry Armstrong, who then strolled across Rod Laver Arena and handed it to the Serbian.

Djokovic can be seen reading the note, and placing it back under another water bottle.

Aussie tennis legend Alicia Molik said she expects Djokovic to beat de Minaur, even with the dodgy hamstring that's been plaguing him since the start of the tournament.

"What a champion, after what he went through last year, he has come back and embraced the crowd," she said on Nine's Today on Monday morning.

"I was fortunate enough to commentate on the match he played against Nick Kyrgios … prior to the Australian Open. He looked like he was moving fully.

"I don't see too much restriction. There is obvious pain there, but if anyone can push through it, it is Novak - he is pretty efficient with the way he plays.

"Even against Grigor Dimitrov the other night it really didn't bother him too much.

"So for Alex de Minaur, if I was him I would want to be trying to get Novak out here (for) five sets today. That is probably the plan."
