England will get a hand on the Rugby World Cup after all with Prince Harry, fifth in line to the British throne, to present the trophy after the weekend's final between Australia and New Zealand.
The prince, honorary president of the 2015 World Cup organisers, was among England fans to hold their heads in their hands when the English became the first hosts to fail to reach the knockout stages after losing to Wales and Australia.
Prince Harry "will close the tournament with the presentation of the coveted Webb Ellis Cup to the winning captain," organisers said in a statement on Tuesday.
