'He's the one who planted the idea': Queensland sign another Lynagh young gun as Nic joins Tom in Brisbane
The Lynagh production line is not slowing down as the Queensland Reds announced the signature of 18-year-old outside back Nic on Monday.
Nic is the youngest son of Wallabies legend Michael and his older brothers Tom and Louis have played Test rugby for Australia and Italy respectively.
Winger Louis scored a try in Italy's upset 26-19 win over the Wallabies as the Lynagh family watched on in the Udine stands.

Nic had been part of the Harlequins academy in London and will join Tom at Ballymore later this month.
"I've only heard good things about the Reds from Tom. He's the one who planted the idea in my mind," Nic said.
"The lifestyle in Queensland, the environment to improve, learning a completely different style of game... Tom has been very positive about it all. It's made him a better player.

"I watched a lot of the Reds on TV this year so I like the way the Reds play as well.
"The move worked out for Tom. It might for me. I'm going to go for it."
Reds high performance boss Sam Cordingley said the club had been monitoring Nic's progress throughout his teenage years.

"We've been tracking Nic's development as a good young player for some time, right back to when the Reds signed Tom five years ago," Cordingley said.
"The connection through his brother will make the transition easier at Ballymore.
"We are looking forward to seeing Nic develop."
