AUSTRALIA V WALES - KEYS TO VICTORY

* Settle quickly - The opening quarter is where overhauling your halves and fullback could come back to haunt. An unchanged Wales could capitalise if there are teething problems among the playmakers.

* Patience, patience - The Welsh defence took on impregnable status during the Six Nations. Unlocking it from first phase would be a coup but it seems more likely patient, accurate build-ups is the higher percentage approach.

* Scrum and roll - Apart from their Eden Park capitulation, Australia's scrum has been a weapon this year, no more so than against Fiji. The pack also got pay from the rolling maul and they'll doubtless test Wales there.

* Bombs away - Forecast wet weather means the back three of Dane Haylett-Petty, Adam Ashley-Cooper and Marika Koroibete start preparing for a Welsh speciality - a barrage of high kicks in their direction.
