Polish football fans use flares as weapons
Scenes from a war zone you say?
No just Polish football fans showing their displeasure for each other.
During Lechia Gdansk's match against rivals Arka Gdynia fans were short on traditional weapons so they used flares.
In the video, you can see the flares coming eerily close to some supporters as the flare lands and bursts into flames.
In one case a flare lands on a supporter before he quickly pats out the fire.
It is not clear as yet whether anyone was hurt, or what action the Polish FA will be taking against both clubs.
The match ended in a 1-all draw.
The result means Lechia Gdansk's lead at the top of the Ekstraklasa was cut to just two points with 14 games gone, while Arka Gdynia are in seventh place on 19 points, ten adrift of their rivals.
