Stratton seventh in women's long jump

Olympic debutante Brooke Stratton from Australia has finished seventh in the women's long jump at the Rio Games.

Stratton, 26, produced her best jump of 6.74m in the fourth round.

Tianna Bartoletta from the United States claimed the gold medal with 7.17m ahead of fellow American Brittney Reese and Serbia's Ivana Spanovic.
