Aussie Rio track athletes march in Florida

Despite not being in Rio de Janeiro for the Olympic opening ceremony, Australia's track and field team didn't let distance get in the way of a good time, holding their own athletes' march in Florida.
The athletics tuned in to the opening ceremony from Bradenton, Florida, where they are putting the final touches on Rio preparations.
The athletes took to social media to share photographs of their unconventional march around a US training track more than 7000km from the celebrations in Rio.

"The Olympic Games are here! And I can't wait to be a part of it!" Australian long jumper Chelsea Jaensch tweeted.
"Had such a great evening at our mini Opening Ceremony in Florida! Things are becoming real," decathlete Cedric Dubler wrote.
