s clearing of Beau Falloon who was facing four drugs charges.

The magistrate hearing the case ruled the evidence against him would not hold up at trial.

The 28-year-old was accused of using coded text messages and conversations to arrange drug deals with accused ringleader John Touma, and other third parties.

Magistrate Christopher Callaghan said charges were dismissed as there was not enough admissible evidence.
