Sunday Footy Sidekick Competition

Calling all future broadcasters 📣

Is your child the biggest footy fan? Do they have a knack for play-by-play commentary? This is their chance to shine!

We are looking for young fans to showcase their commentary or interviewing skills on Channel 9's coverage of Sunday Footy.

Here's how to enter:

1. Submit a 60-second video of your child that shows their best NRL commentary or interview skills and explains who their favourite NRL team is and why.

2. Answer the question below.

Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully as the prize inclusions will vary and exact inclusions will be determined by the Promoter in their absolute discretion. Travel is not included in the prize. The child must be under the age of 13 and accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Competition is open to permanent residents of Australia.

Entrants must be aged 18 years and over who are the parent or legal guardian of a child under the age of 13 to enter.

Competition opens 08/03/26 at 5.30am AEDT.

Competition closes 01/09/26 at 11:59pm AEST.

Competition will be judged at 10:00am AEDT/AEST (as applicable) on each Wednesday of the Promotional Period (11/03/26 – 02/09/26 inclusive).
