Storm, Leeds contest World Club Challenge

* Leeds qualified by beating Castleford in the Super League grand final while Melbourne defeated North Queensland in the NRL decider to secure their spot.

* This is Leeds' eighth WCC (the most by any club) and Melbourne's fifth.

* Head to head - Melbourne 2* (2010, 2013) Leeds 1 (2008) - * 2010 was stripped for salary cap cheating.

* WCC titles - Melbourne 2 (2000, 2013), Leeds 3 (2005, 2008, 2012).

* Players to watch: Storm - Heir-apparent Brodie Croft will take over the halfback jersey worn for 14 years by Cooper Cronk who has moved to the Sydney Roosters.
