Brett Kimmorley confirmed as Wests Tigers coach for inaugural NRLW campaign
Brett Kimmorley will remain with the Wests Tigers for 2023, confirmed as the club's NRLW coach for their debut season.
Kimmorley had been coaching the team in the state-based women's competition, before stepping across to manage the men's team in an interim role after Michael Maguire was sacked mid-year.
His assistant Adel Hage had been overseeing the women's setup in his absence.

He endured a tumultuous couple of months as the men's team stumbled to the wooden spoon for the first time in the joint venture's history, but has been kept in the fold even after the Benji Marshall/Tim Sheens succession plan was put forward by the club.
"I loved my short time with the Harvey Norman team, and we formed a strong bond in just a month or so," Kimmorley said in a statement.
"To see the team win the premiership was a special moment for the club and I was thrilled for them.
"One thing that really stood out for me was the players' thirst for knowledge, and how quickly they picked things up."

The Tigers will be one of four new teams - along with Cronulla, North Queensland, and Canberra - to be added to an expanded 10-team women's competition.
"Taking charge of the first ever Wests Tigers NRLW team is an honour, and I would like to thank the club for this opportunity," Kimmorley said.
Tigers CEO Justin Pascoe said the former halfback's adaptability and toughness was impressive.
"Brett has shown in a short space of time with us just how capable he is," he said.
"Anyone who can take on and perform three different roles in as many months, is both versatile and committed.
"He has been professional and diligent with everything asked of him during a difficult season, and we are delighted that he will lead Wests Tigers into its very first NRLW season."
