The NRL Bunker has come under the microscope after yet another mistake.

During last night’s match between the Eels and Gold Coast the NRL’s video review system awarded a try to Parramatta winger Semi Radradra despite a clear knock-on by the Fijian flyer.

The Eels were cruising at 18-0 in the second half when the winger scooped up a loose ball and powered nearly the length of the field to cross for a four-pointer.

But somehow the bunker missed an obvious knock on all the way back where the play started.

As multiple replays were shown on the big screen it was clear Radradra handled the ball before it rebounded off the deck and Nine’s commentary team agreed.

“He’s got a hand on that Semi,” said Peter Sterling as main caller Ray Hadley agreed.

“I had a feeling before I saw the replay that it was a knock on. He’s awarded a try by the way so they’ve got to find a knock on here,” said Hadley.

To their amazement The Bunker ruled there was no knock-on from Radradra and the Eels were awarded the highly contentious try.
