Brad Fittler inducted into Sport Australia Hall of Fame
NSW Blues coach and former Panthers and Roosters legend Brad Fittler has achieved yet another honour in a glittering career.
He is part of this year's crop of athletes entered into the Sport Australia Hall of Fame.
Fittler, who amassed more than 300 first grade games between 1989 and 2004, joined a select group of rugby league players to be admitted.

"I'm very humbled to have received this honour as there are some real Australian legends in this list who achieved great things to promote their sports," Fittler said in a statement.
"Rugby League has been, and always will be, such a massive part of my life and I am forever grateful for the journey it has taken me on and the opportunities it has provided me."
Other members of the class of 2022 were Sir George Bedbrook, Catherine Cox, Tanya Harding, Cara Honeychurch, Dr Adrian Hurley, Chris Judd, Karrie Webb, and Mark Webber.

Fittler is already a member of the Australian Rugby League Hall of Fame, inducted among a host of others in 2018.
"This is a phenomenal achievement by Brad when you consider that he is now recognised in the illustrious company of Australian sporting icons such as Sir Donald Bradman and Dawn Fraser," ARLC boss Peter V'landys said.
"He also joins an esteemed group of rugby league players who have received this very honour including Clive Churchill, Wally Lewis, Dally Messenger, Norm Provan, Arthur Beetson, Bob Fulton and current Kangaroos' coach Mal Meninga.
"We are very proud to have an individual of Brad's calibre joining the list of Rugby League greats inducted into the Sport Australia Hall of Fame."
