NRL round six team lists: Sydney Roosters swing the axe on two stars as Latrell Mitchell's role confirmed

Another dramatic week is in the books in rugby league land and there were again plenty of major talking points when it comes to injuries and suspensions.

Tino Fa'asuamaleaui is one of a number of players banned following a gruelling round five, which saw the NRL crack down on high tackles.

South Sydney's win over the Roosters came at a massive price, with three backline players set to be ruled out for a number of weeks.

Speaking of the Tricolours and the axe has fallen on halfback Chad Townsend, while another star could be in line to be dropped amid a recent run of form.
