The NFL player who blew Canberra's Viking horn to open the NRL season in Las Vegas was later kicked out of the stadium.

NRL sources confirmed to The Sydney Morning Herald that Tyler Manoa was evicted from Allegiant Stadium on Sunday (AEDT).

The 25-year-old Las Vegas Raiders gridiron player allegedly damaged property inside a bathroom of the corporate area.

Manoa was at the stadium as a guest of Canberra and he was asked to blow the club's Viking horn before the game against the Warriors.

He had attended Raiders training earlier in the week and was due to greet the NRL team inside the change rooms after their win against the Warriors.

Instead he was nowhere to be seen, having been kicked out of the venue during the game.

Manoa is a defensive lineman with the NFL team.

He was asked to blow the Viking horn - a tradition before Raiders home games - after UFC boss Dana White knocked back an invitation.
