Former NRL enforcer Ruben Wiki shows off new ripped physique

Former Warriors and Raiders hardman has taken to social media to show off his new ripped physique with the NRL legend exhibiting a huge transformation from his playing days.

Wiki, 45, was one of the most popular players during his time in the NRL, playing over 300 games during his career for Canberra and the Warriors.

The former prop lost a whopping seven per cent body fat in the six months leading up to the tournament.
