Josh Addo-Carr in reported management split amid exit from Melbourne Storm
Josh Addo-Carr has reportedly hired a lawyer in order to break from the management group that negotiated his current Melbourne contract.
And the messy split could endanger his planned exit from the Storm.
Addo-Carr, who got a conditional released from Melbourne to join a Sydney club in 2021, is a client of Pacific Sports Management.
The NSW and Kangaroos winger was reportedly angry when he discovered that a fellow State of Origin winger was making $550,000 per season.
Addo-Carr is on $330,000 this year, according to The Sunday Telegraph, and now wants out of his management deal.

Two other parties claiming to represent Addo-Carr have been contacting clubs on the winger's behalf. South Sydney has been named as a potential new home but Addo-Carr is yet to field any offers, partly due to confusion over his representation.
Melbourne has demanded a "like for like" player swap in order for Addo-Carr's release to be finalised. Should he be unable to find a club where such a scenario is possible, he would be forced to remain with the Storm for 2021.
Pacific Sports Management agent Chris Orr told The Sunday Telegraph that his outfit had "done a terrific job" for Addo-Carr and threatened legal action against anyone improperly acting on his behalf.
