Jennings suffers serious leg injury
Quinn Jones
Penrith Panthers star George Jennings' young career has taken a massive hit with the winger suffering a serious leg injury against Manly.
The 21-year-old was stretchered from the field with 13 minutes left to play as the Panthers chased the game at Brookvale Oval.
Rushing up from dummy half, Jennings was grappled to the ground in a three-man tackle.

But as the defenders moved back to their marker positions, it was clear the young Panther was in serious trouble as he tried to clutch his lower leg.
The game was stopped as trainers rushed to his aid but the night was over for the former NSW junior as he was carried from the field.
The Panthers overcame the loss of Jennings to record an 11-10 victory over the Sea Eagles.
