NRL: Brisbane Broncos' Anthony Milford faces fine for hair pull

Anthony Milford faces a fine up to $1500 for pulling the hair of Penrith player Corey Harawira-Naera in Brisbane's big NRL win on Friday night.

Milford has been hit with a grade-one contrary conduct charge over the incident late in the second half in Brisbane's 50-18 win on Friday night, which prompted Harawira-Naera to chase him down on the field.

The incident didn't go unnoticed by footy fans watching at home, who shared their disgust on social media.

The Broncos five-eighth can have the fine reduced down to $1150 if he enters an early guilty plea.
