Panthers star Brian To'o proposes to partner after winning NRL grand final

October 3, 2021 is not a night Brian To'o will forget any time soon.

The likeable Penrith winger won his first NRL premiership, helping his Panthers to a 14-12 epic over South Sydney at Suncorp Stadium.

But things got even better after the final siren, when To'o proposed to his partner Moesha.

To'o made his way to his family in the grandstand and then shocked Moesha when he got down on one knee and produced a ring.

Of course, she said yes.

"I thought he was just coming to give me a hug like he usually does," she told Channel Nine.

"I was not expecting that, not at all."

To'o was over the moon with both the premiership and the fact Moesha had said yes.

"What a year it's been. It's been a massive year for myself and for my family," To'o said.

"I want to thank my beautiful partner for saying yes. I'm very grateful to be here, I'm so lucky."
