No-shows at Dragons awards night 'disrespectful' says skipper Ben Hunt
Dragons captain Ben Hunt has labelled the actions of teammates who failed to attend the club's presentation night as "disrespectful."
Only three of the 30 man NRL squad attended the end-of-season awards night last Tuesday.
Hunt, who won the club's player of the year award, was there, along with Zac Lomax and fringe first-grader Michael Molo.

"It was a bit disappointing, in a way," Hunt told 9News.
"But a lot of players came to me when we found out about the presentation night and mentioned how they'd already booked holidays away."
The 32-year-old, who recently re-signed with the Dragons, admitted those players who were in Sydney and failed to attend needed to do better.
"I did hear after it that there was a couple of guys that were in Sydney and I think that is pretty disrespectful," Hunt said.

"You're part of the club, you've worked hard all year playing for them, you should come and celebrate the year."
Hunt is now in England with the Australian World Cup squad, but said he'll be following up the no-shows when he returns home.
"Yeah, I'd like to have a chat to some of them," he explained.
"Obviously I won't be able to do it for a few weeks now, until pre-season. It'd just be good to know their reasons why, and why they didn't come."
