Aussie punter Super Bowl bound as Seahawks vs Patriots match-up confirmed
New England will meet Seattle in this year's Super Bowl, a rematch of 2015's epic championship battle.
The Patriots won their way through on Monday morning, defeating the Broncos in Denver during a second half snowstorm.
They only needed 10 points to advance to the Super Bowl, given the conditions and because Denver was relying on back-up quarterback Jarrett Stidham.

Broncos quarterback Bo Nix, who led the team to the No.1 seeding in the AFC, fractured his ankle in the divisional round win over Buffalo.
In his absence, Denver only managed seven points in the loss.
The Patriots are led by coach Mike Vrabel, in his first season at the franchise, and second-year quarterback Drake Maye.
Maye is one of the finalists for the league's MVP award in what has been a breakout season.
They will play Seattle, the No.1 seed in the NFC, who are led by journeyman quarterback Sam Darnold.

Darnold emerged as a starting calibre quarterback in Minnesota last season, before signing with the Seahawks in free agency.
They defeated the Los Angeles Rams on Monday afternoon, in an epic 31-27 battle in Seattle.
Darnold threw three touchdowns, including one to former Rams Super Bowl MVP Cooper Kupp in the win.
LA quarterback Sam Darnold had the ball in his hands in the dying moments, but they ultimately ran out of time as all of Seattle began celebrating.
The win sends Australian punter Michael Dickson to the Super Bowl.

Born in Sydney, the 30-year-old began his sporting journey in the Swans' AFL academy, before switching to punting.
It will be a fascinating match-up that few anticipated at the start of the season, given Maye was still an unknown and nobody was certain on Darnold.
The last time the two teams met in the Super Bowl, it was the Patriots and Tom Brady who won it 28-24.
New England cornerback Malcolm Butler intercepted a Russell Wilson throw in the end zone to seal the result.
This year's Super Bowl takes place on February 9 from Santa Clara, California at Levi's Stadium.
The venue serves as the home base for the San Francisco 49ers.
