MMA fighter KO'd by kick-punch combo

The vicious knockout above might make you feel queasy but it is still strangely compelling.
The vision comes from a MMA fight night in Calgary, Canada in a bout between Dustin Joynson and Cristiano Catala.
It was all over by the second round when Joynson flicked a kick to the head of Catala which turned his legs to linguini.

As Catala’s mind and spirit tried to deal with the trauma, Joynson lined up a mean right hand and sent Catala’s rocking body to the canvas with some nice follow up punches.
The bout was the co-main event of ‘Hard Knocks 53’ and reportedly was the fight of the night.
No doubt Catala’s demise had something to do with that.
