Mike Perry knocks out Jake Ellenberger with brutal elbow at UFC Fight Night 108
Mike Perry is building somewhat of a reputation as a knockout artist in the UFC. Just ask veteran welterweight Jake Ellenberger.
The two fighters were slugging it out at UFC Fight Night 108 with noted brawler Perry adopting a more controlled approach to the bout.
Both men absorbed punishment with blood streaming from their noses before Perry produced a finishing shot from which there was no turning back for Ellenberger.
With both men grappling in close, Perry unleashed a lightning-quick right elbow that turned the lights out on Ellenberger before he hit the canvas.
The referee was quick to rush in and protect the unconscious Ellenberger from any further damage as Perry celebrated with a breakdance move.
Elleberger remained out of it for several minutes after the bout was over before slowly making his way to his feet and leaving the Octagon unassisted.
Perry gave a post-match interview which was even more disturbing.
