The brother of the boss of Italy's team for the upcoming Rio Olympic Games has tested positive to a performance-enhancing drug.

Niccolo Mornati, a five-time rowing world championship medallist, tested positive for the forbidden substance anastrozole at an out-of-competition test on April 7 and is provisionally suspended.

Anastrozole is said to reduce the side-effects of steroid use.
