Croatia will run out in the World Cup final on Sunday wearing their traditional red and white chequered shirts while France will be blue, FIFA confirmed on Friday.
The Croatian home kit is one of the most iconic and easily recognisable in football but due to colour clashes they have worn it only once so far in Russia.
That was in the opening victory over Nigeria with subsequent successes over Argentina, Iceland, Denmark, Russia and England coming in their dark blue second kit.

The red and white squares are an expression of national pride in Croatia and following the semi-final win over England, the complete cabinet of Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic was pictured in the traditional jerseys.
