Fan involved in wild NFL pre-season brawl

An Oakland fan has got involved in a wild brawl during an NFL pre-season clash between the Raiders and the Dallas Cowboys.

Video of the practice scrimmage from Fort Worth in Texas shows Cowboys cornerback Morris Claiborne smash tight end Mychal Rivera over the sideline.

Oakland players then converge on Claiborne as a huge melee breaks out near the fence in front of supporters.

One Raiders fan uses an autograph helmet to attack Dallas's B.W Wilson, who retaliates by trying to punch the supporter.

The brawl is then broken up as a section of supporters slap some of the players on the back.

Wilson later revealed that he thought it was a player attacking him with the helmet.

"That's definitely a dangerous situation," Webb said later.

"I don't know why fans would want to jump on this side of the fence. I don't think they'd like it too much on this side."

Raiders coach Dennis Allen said his team had no time for fighting.

"I don’t like the fights. I want to come out and practice football," Allen said.

"We don’t have any time for that, and we certainly don’t want to get anybody injured in fisticuffs."
