Cricket: Skipper, bowler collide in embarrassing celebration

The West Indies just can't take a trick.

Even when they manage to take a wicket, they only embarrass themselves with a comical celebration.

The visitors were left red-faced after skipper Jason Holder and debutant Carlos Brathwaite collided while wildly celebrating the dismissal of Australian opener David Warner in the Boxing Day Test.

Warner lasted just 17 runs in the home side's second innings at the MCG before he tried a cheeky shot off Brathwaite only to perfectly pick out Holder in the slips.

Buoyed by his maiden scalp at Test level. Brathwaite charged towards the stands with his hand held out for the incoming Holder.

But just like this Test series, the Windies made the simple look difficult when high-five went awry and Holder was left sprawled on the ground.

However, the bumbling effort failed to deter the wicket-taker with Brathwaite recalling the 'Calypso Kings' of old with a sliding celebration to send-off Warner.
