Virat Kohli's wife Anushka Sharma hits out at 'distasteful' comment from cricket icon Sunil Gavaskar
Anushka Sharma, the wife of Indian captain Virat Kohli, has ripped Indian cricket legend Sunil Gavaskar after he made a "distasteful" comment referencing her on commentary.
Gavaskar is one of the commentators who is currently covering the Indian Premier League in the UAE, and he called out Sharma when discussing Kohli's lack of form.
Sharma and Kohli are one of the most recognisable celebrity couples in India, but unfortunately the 32-year-old actress has been previously harassed online by fans whenever her husband fails on the field.
Gavaskar's comment came during Kohli's latest IPL outing where his Royal Challengers Bangalore were smashed by Kings XI Punjab.

The Indian captain managed just one run and also dropped two catches, prompting Gavaskar to comment on his lack of match practice heading into the tournament.
"During the recent lockdown he (Kohli) only practised against Anushka's bowling... But that is not going to be enough," he said.
The comment left Sharma seeing red, as she took to Instagram to hit back at the Indian icon.
"I would love for you to explain why you thought of making such a sweeping statement" the 32-year-old wrote.
"It's 2020 and things still don't change for me. When will I stop getting dragged into cricket."
