Jason Sangha lights up Sheffield Shield with insane catch as Cameron Green, Will Pucovski stake Test claims
New South Wales youngster Jason Sangha has taken an early contender for the catch of the summer during a Sheffield Shield clash against Tasmania.
Sangha's acrobatics came early on in the day as he flung himself to his left to take a sensational catch to dismiss Jake Doran in Tasmania's first innings.
Incredibly, that would not be Doran's only batting innings of the day.

Tasmania managed 200 in its first innings and then rolled NSW for just 118 in its second dig, leaving them with a paltry target of 143 to chase.
The Tigers then ran into a rampant Chris Tremain, who took six wickets as the Blues ran out 74-run winners after dismissing Tasmania for just 68 in the second innings.

This week's Shield encounters have plenty of Test implications, with the likes of Marcus Harris, Cameron Bancroft, Matt Renshaw, Will Pucovski and even Cameron Green all jostling to replace the retiring David Warner.
Green fared the best of the bunch, hitting 96 in Western Australia's first innings against Queensland before being dismissed thanks to another brilliant catch in the gully from Michael Neser.
Pucovski also fared well, registering his first half-century of the Shield season with a hard-fought 65 in Victoria's second innings against South Australia.
Bancroft has been touted by many as the leader in the race to replace Warner, but managed just seven before he was bowled by Jack Wildermuth.
