NZ captain Brendon McCullum has pulled off one of the most unbelievable pieces of fielding ever to save a six while playing for the Chennai Super Kings in the T20 Champions League.
The Kiwi star was positioned on the boundary when Dolphins batsman Robbie Frylinck slogged the ball out to long-on.
Footage of the match shows McCullum - who had to give up wicketkeeping because of a back injury -initially show good awareness to avoid standing on the rope before launching into a dive backwards over the boundary.
He manages to catch the ball with just his right hand before hanging in the air long enough to flick it back into the field of play.
The hard-hitting star completed the incredible bit of fielding by trotting back into the field of play and returning the ball, turning what appeared to be a certain six into just two.
The Super Kings cruised to a 52-run win with Suresh Reina smashing 90 as Chennai amassed a huge total of 242.
