Bolt proves a big hit on the pitch

He's the world's fastest man on land, but sprint king Usain Bolt proved he can be a big hit on the cricket field during an exhibition match in India.

Playing in a seven-a-side game in Bangalore, Bolt wowed the crowd with a thrilling final ball six to win the match against a team led by Indian Test player Yuvraj Singh.

Having thrown over his arm for a bowl earlier in the match, the six-time Olympic champion blasted his way to a 19-ball 45 that included three sixes.

But it was his winning blow that left the 6000-strong crowd at Chinnaswamy Stadium in raptures.

Requiring 10 off the final two deliveries in pursuit of the 59 required to win, the Jamaican star struck a six and then took at an air swing at what should have been the final ball.

However, as Singh's side celebrated victory, Bolt was given a reprieve when the delivery was ruled a no-ball.

And as the footage shows, he fully cashes in on his chance slamming a lusty six to clinch the game, before running from the pitch and summersaulting in joy.

He then finishes off with his customary lightning bolt pose.
