Tim David, Marcus Stoinis star with the bat for Australia but India levels T20 series at 1-1
Tim David and Marcus Stoinis belted half-centuries but India chased the 187 required for victory to level the T20 series at 1-1 in Hobart on Sunday night.
India had far more notable contributors with the bat at Bellerive Oval in the third T20 en route to collecting a five-wicket win with nine balls remaining.
Washington Sundar and Jitesh Sharma were not out on 49 and 22 respectively when the latter lofted Sean Abbott over cover for four to complete victory.

In Australia's innings, David blasted 74 from 38 balls, including eight fours and five sixes, and Stoinis smacked 64 from 39 deliveries, including eight fours and two sixes.
The short-form specialists combined for a partnership of 45 runs in an electric display of brutal hitting.
In the seventh over, David hammered an enormous six straight down the ground off the bowling of left-arm orthodox spinner Axar Patel.
The ball sailed 129 metres, according to Fox Cricket, making for the biggest six ever recorded by the broadcaster.
David's knock came at a crucial time for the Australians, who were stumbling along at 2-14 when the big-hitting right-hander strolled to the middle.

Stoinis made his 64 at No.6, while Matthew Short chipped in with a knock of 26 from 15 balls at No.7.
The pick of India's bowlers was left-arm quick Arshdeep Singh, who took 3-35 from four overs to earn man-of-the-match honours.
He removed opener Travis Head for 6, dismissed first drop Josh Inglis for 1, then brought to a close Stoinis' destructive innings.
Sundar made his 49 runs from just 23 balls, clobbering three fours and four sixes after walking out to bat at 4-111.
India also had the handy contributions of Abhishek Sharma (25), Suryakumar Yadav (24), Tilak Varma (29) and Sharma (22).
Australian fast bowler Nathan Ellis claimed 3-36 from four overs.
Abbott had an awful outing, registering figures of 0-56 from 3.3 overs.
The first T20 was washed out and Australia won the second by four wickets.
The fourth match will be played on the Gold Coast on Thursday night.
