Dewald Brevis levels series for Proteas with record ton as dropped catch haunts Aussies
A dropped catch has once again been the difference during the T20I series between Australia and South Africa after the visitors won the second match thanks to Dewald Brevis' century.
Brevis was dropped by Matt Kuhnemann on 56 when the Proteas were 3-112 and went on to score 125 not out to help South Africa win by 53 runs.
"A big impact of the game that dropped catch," Mark Waugh said post-match on Fox Cricket.

The 22-year-old's ton is the highest ever score by a South African in T20I, passing Faf du Plessis.
South Africa finished with 7-218, the nation's highest score against Australia in T20I cricket.

Adam Zampa also dropped a catch early in the match but Lhuan-dre Pretorius failed to make him pay, scoring only 10.
In reply, Australia came into the innings knowing Tim David was nursing a shoulder problem.
He went off twice during South Africa's innings after falling on his shoulder trying to stop a boundary.
The big hitter was at the crease when it was 2-29 after winning the game for Australia in the first T20I.
He had been dropped in the match too and it happened again on 18 when Tristan Stubbs couldn't make the most of a chance in the deep.
David moved to 50 in rapid fashion but was dismissed by Kagiso Rabada shortly after.
When he left at 4-104 in the 10th over, the Aussies were still a chance.
But a win never looked likely as wickets fell steadily.
Lungi Ngidi took the final wicket of Sean Abbott (1) in the 18th over to bowl out Australia for 165.
The three-match series now sits at 1-1 ahead of the final match in Cairns.
