MMA fighter Lukas Bukovaz left humiliated after girlfriend brutally rejects proposal

An MMA fighter has been left humiliated in the cage after a proposal to his girlfriend went wrong.

Featuring on the Clash of the Stars card, Czech Republic fighter Lukas Bukovaz teamed up with Patrik Horvath for a two-on-one fight against Jan Michalek.

Michalek left the cage victorious, however the defeat for Bukovaz was only the beginning of a painful night.

Bukovaz dropped to one knee in front of 20,000 people and proposed to his girlfriend while still inside the cage, only for her to turn away in shock.

His partner was pictured covering her face before taking to the microphone to reject his proposal.

"Based on everything that's happened, I think probably not... I don't think so," she said.

"I'm saying no."

The woman revealed to an outraged crowd that Bukovaz had cheated on her therefore, she would not accept his proposal.

In a backstage interview after the incident, Bukovac denied the allegations his girlfriend made in the octagon.

"I didn't really cheat on her," Bukovac declared.

"I didn't cheat on her with Nicola Liberova.

"She said, do you think so? But don't be fooled."

Bukovac reposted the interview to social media as fans questioned if the incident was nothing but a publicity stunt.

"Bro went 0-2 in one night - a double defeat," one user wrote.

"Why would you propose after a loss," another wrote.
