'Were you watching?': Paul Fleming rages after being 'ripped' with split draw in Jake Wyllie showdown
A split draw between Paul Fleming and Jake Wyllie created a showdown between the fighters as Fleming handed a fiery rant at the judges' decision.
One judge gave it to Fleming, one to Wyllie and the third called it a 95-95 draw, leaving both fighters unhappy with the verdict and making it known to the crowd on the Gold Coast.
The fight between the young bull Jake 'The Machine' Wyllie, aged 25 and the old bull, Paul 'Showtime' Fleming, who had three years away from the ring, was one of the most anticipated fights on the Australian calendar this year.

"Were you watching?" yelled Fleming into the crowd after the decision.

"Obviously people in here weren't watching. All respect to Jake and his team, but look at his face. Look at his face, he knows he didn't win that fight.
"I took this fight two and a half years off. Two weight divisions up to what I fought two and a half years ago.
"And then I come back and get ripped. Come on man. You've all seen it.
"Exactly, boo."

When asked if he believed he had done enough to take the victory in the 10 rounds, the 37-year-old doubled down on believing that Wyllie "lost that fight".

"Listen, all respect to Jake and his team, there's been no bad words this whole thing, but him himself can go home and have a deep think and he knows he lost that fight," he added.
"He knows he lost that fight. And if you think he did, then you don't know shit about boxing."
Fleming had a big sixth round, with the commentators agreeing it was probably his strongest of the fight.
"Jake Wyllie can't get complacent. He can't keep coming forward like a bull because that will play right into Fleming's hands. It's starting to heat up," Conor Wallace said on Stan Sport.
"That's put a bit more pep in this fight," Ted Cofie added.

As expected, the high quality fight had tension flying but Wyllie, who is 12 years younger than Fleming, was unable to make a resounding argument for the win, meaning boxing icon Danny Green believes that there is a rematch in the future.
"Flemmo made young Jake Wyllie miss a lot," Danny Green says on Stan Sport.
"It was a good fight, I thought they might go to war but Flemmo didn't want to get hit.
"And that's boxing."
Ring of Fire fight night is headlined by Jai Opetaia v Huseyin Cinkara for the IBF and The Ring world cruiserweight titles, which is set to begin around 10.40pm AEDT.
