Simmons, LSU suffer massive loss

Ben Simmons' LSU have suffered another dismal loss and may have extinguished hopes of scoring an invite to the end-of-season NCAA Tournament.

LSU was desperate for an away win against a weak Arkansas team on Tuesday, but were pummelled 85-65 with the Australian teenager fouling out with a technical in the final two minutes.

Simmons still collected his 19th double-double of the season with 23 points and 12 rebounds, but LSU were woeful with 13 turnovers and drop to a 16 win-12 loss record.
