Goodnight!

Anna Pavlou

Well, what a finish for Port Adelaide.

And what a game from both sides.

Thanks for joining me for the ride that was the second semi-final, with the Power (11.9 75) sneaking home for a three-point victory over Hawthorn 11.6 72)!

And great news for the Power, with Jason Horne-Francis's last quarter benching was just cramps!

The Power go on to face Sydney at the SCG on Friday night in the preliminary final.

We'll see you tomorrow night for Wide World of Sports' LIVE coverage of the GWS vs Brisbane semi final.

Goodnight! Congratulations to Port fans, commiserations to the Hawks!

A long week, but it was worth it for the Power!

Zak Butters couldn't have said it better.

"A week's a long time in footy," Butters said on Fox Footy.

As for Jack Ginnivan's social media antics, Butters said his side did not looked into it too much.

"I think they talked all year. We definitely looked at it a little bit," he said.

"Kenny's a passionate man and that's why we love playing under him."

Tonight's ball winners were lead by Hawk Jai Newcombe with 31 disposals.

But it was Port Adelaide youngster Jase Burgoyne who starred with 25 touches.

Hodge goes bang! He's not happy!

Anna Pavlou

My goodness me, Luke Hodge is not happy at all with this Ken Hinkley and James Sicily exchange.

Hodge, a Hawks legend, has slammed Hinkley's exchange. He has not held back, not at all.

"As a coach, that's pretty disappointing. Ken Hinkley should be saying, 'we've just had a win, a great win, we should be talking about how well our team played'," Hodge said on 7.

"Instead the coach is off there mouthing off to a losing side, poor form."

The AFL will have lots to look into. Don't be surprised if Hinkley or Sicily receive some 'please explains', very soon!

Ken vs Sicily????

Anna Pavlou

What was that all about?

Hawthorn captain James Sicily has had a verbal go at Port Adelaide coach Ken Hinkley.

Hinkley could be in trouble here.

He's gone at Sicily and Sicily has gone right back at his, with word to the effect of "s---house".

That's extended dialogue there. The AFL will look at that, I think.

That was intense.

It all went down as both side's chaired off Luke Breust in game 300 for Hawthorn.

The emotions!

Anna Pavlou

Port skipper Connor Rozee has heaped praise on coach Ken Hinkley.

"I love him like a father, to br honest. He just cops a ridiculous amount of criticism to be honest, which he doesn't deserve," he said on 7.

"I have played finals four out of my six years. What a man. We really wanted to get this one done, especially for him.

"I feel like we really proved to ourselves that we deserve to be here.

Hinkley has been crying on the bench.

PORT ADELAIDE HAS DONE IT

Anna Pavlou

OH MY GOODNESS ME!

The best backs to the wall team in this league. PORT ADELAIDE HAS DONE IT!

Tears, tears and more tears!

Port win by THREE POINTS!

The Hawks gave ti their all, but Ken Hinkley's men. They've just done it.

THEY'RR THROUGH THE THE PRELIM!

What is this game?

Anna Pavlou

JAMES SICILY HAS COME FLYING. FLYING I TELL YOU!

He's marked it.

And he's HIT THE POST.

You cannot write this. Remember what i said about those footy Gods???

Power lead by three points. One minute to play.

My goodness me, two minutes to go

Anna Pavlou

DRACY BYRNE-JONES. UNREAL PRESSURE!

Jason Horne-Francis is not in a good way.

He's done. He's being helped off by the trainers, dragging his right leg. It's his hamstring.

Could it just be a cramp?

Power by four points.

HAWTHORN ARE HERE!

Anna Pavlou

OH MY OH MY.

Finn Maginness has KICKED A GOAL FOR HAWTHORN!

It's just his sixth goal for the season. You cannot make this up.

The defender has come forward to do this, and do it well!

The Power by four points.

Moore misses!

Anna Pavlou

Port coach Ken Hinkley is on the Pepsi Max.

He's on the bench and this is just so intense.

Speaking of intense!

Dylan Moore has HIT THE POST.

It's Port Adelaide by 10 points.
