'Sad story': Giants star Darcy Jones in tears following horror injury blow
GWS forward Darcy Jones has suffered a suspected ACL injury in the first half of his side's elimination final clash with Hawthorn.
An awkward attempt to bump Massimo D'Ambrosio off his kick resulted in the awkward landing for the 21-year-old.
Jones looked in strife immediately as he hobbled from the ground.

Jones had been on fire early, kicking a nice goal on the run earlier in the same quarter.
The Giants have confirmed it is a suspected ACL tear, which would mean likely rule him out for the majority of the 2026 season.
It would be Jones' second career ACL, after suffering the same injury in 2023 during his first year at the club.
"There's so much sadness on the bench here," Fox Footy reporter Alastair Lynch said as Jones made his way down the race.
Coach Adam Kingsley looked despondent on the boundary as trainers iced up Jones' knee and helped him from the ground.

"We'll wait and see how it unfolds, but the reaction from the coach suggests that it's not great," Melbourne great Garry Lyon told Fox Footy.
"That's a sad footy story."
Jones was understandably emotional in the rooms, in tears as a trainer helped him through.
The Giants subbed veteran midfielder Josh Kelly into the contest as his replacement.
