Wayne Carey 'overlooked' in North Melbourne reveal celebrating 100-year history
North Melbourne great Corey McKernan has led criticism levelled at the club after dual premiership captain Wayne Carey was left out of a video marking the Kangaroos' centennial celebrations.
Carey was a glaring omission from a promotional video shared to the club's social media channels on Friday.
The video, which showcases many variations of the club's blue and white jumper since entering the VFL/AFL competition in 1925, revealed the centenary guernsey players will wear during a special clash with Geelong in round 20.

Featuring the likes of Ben Cunnington, Drew Petrie, Daniel Wells, David King, Brent Harvey, Ron Barassi and John Longmire — Carey was left out.
Generally considered one of the club's greatest-ever players, Carey played 244 games for the club across 13 seasons.
In 2001, having kicked 671 goals, Carey was named as centre half-forward in North Melbourne's Team of the Century.
However, Carey's off-field legacy is clouded with domestic violence allegations and a charge of indecent assault.
Carey was accused of allegedly breaking a wine glass over former partner Kate Neilson in 2007.
Nielson did not press charges but later said the incident left her "bleeding profusely from the mouth".

In response to Carey's snubbing, McKernan scolded the club online.
"FYI North Melbourne, you do know Wayne Carey played for us, don't you?," he wrote on X on Saturday.
A former teammate of Carey's, McKernan then reposted several messages from fans sharing his outrage.
This included Collingwood great Mick McGuane's stance.
"Love the concept and innovation North Melbourne, but if it's a 'true' celebration you cannot overlook your greatest ever player in the vision to promote it," he wrote on X on Sunday.
After claiming that Carey's omission was apparently "just a coincidence", McKernan questioned why the Kangaroos would exclude Carey's impact on the club's history.
"Can @NMFCOfficial answer why you'd leave out @waynecarey27 for a football-related video for such an occasion?," he wrote.
McKernan had earlier stated: "If the excuse is, 'Oh it's a young kid who did it and he didn't know' please spare me".
The 1996 All-Australian also asked why premiership coach Denis Pagan and club great Wayne Schimmelbusch did not make an appearance.
Glenn Archer, who was acclaimed in 2005 as the club's Shinboner of the Century, was also absent.
Board member and president of North Melbourne's past players association, Anthony Stevens, was pictured.
Carey infamously had an affair with Stevens' wife Kelli in 2002, which tore the club apart.
