As if anyone was expecting anything less.

It was Giants skipper Toby Greene who picked a fight with Swans goal sneak Tom Papley on the quarter-time siren of their qualifying final at the SCG on Saturday.

The pair, dubbed the "agitators" of the league, went at it following a free kick awarded to Papley on the siren.

Greene went to the turf with the ball and refused to give it to Papley when the free kick was paid.

It left Swans fans screaming for a 50 metre penalty, but the field umpire looked to calm the frustration, declaring that there was no such thing as a time delay when the siren has already sounded.
