Dragons utility Jack Bird has officially signed for the Wests Tigers on a two-year deal.

Bird was given permission to negotiate with rivals by the Dragons after falling out of favour with coach Shane Flanagan.

According to The Sydney Morning Herald, Bird informed Tigers representatives on Friday that he will move to Concord in 2025, with the club confirming the news on Monday following the conclusion of the regular season.

"Jack is a very talented player, a very good person, and we're thrilled that he's decided to join us," head coach Benji Marshall said.

"He has achieved a lot in the game and brings a wealth of experience to our young squad. We all look forward to welcoming Jack and his partner Mirae."

The former NSW Blues representative was spotted touring the Wests Tigers facilities last week by 9News reporter Danny Weidler.
