AFL Draft 2025 AS IT HAPPENED: Swans' sour expression tells the story as Bulldogs swipe academy gun; Gold Coast cashes in with incredible draft hand

The draft continues at 7pm AEDT tomorrow with North Melbourne on the clock at pick 26.

There's still a ton of talent left on the board for night two of the AFL draft, including a few surprise sliders.

Here's who's still available:

Jack Ison - a Victorian midfielder in Carlton's academy.

Blake Thredgol - a South Australian key defender.

Tylah Williams - a West Australian small forward in the Eagles' academy.

Louis Emmett - a Victorian ruckman.

Fred Rodriguez - a West Australian midfielder.

Zac McCarthy - a key position prospect in Collingwood's academy.

Noah Hibbins-Hargreaves - a Victorian half forward flanker.

So Fremantle makes the final pick of day one at 25. The remainder of the draft will take place tomorrow, with North Melbourne starting things off with pick 26, then the Bulldogs at 27 and Carlton at 28.

A NINTH bid of the night. Unbelievable. This first round is stretching on and on.

Fremantle bids on Essendon academy prospect Adam Sweid, but the Bombers choose not to match the bid.

So he will join the Dockers.

With the 24th pick, Geelong selects South Australian midfielder Harley Barker.

Barker is recovering from a torn ACL and will obviously be a slow burn with the Cats, but another endurance runner and speedster joins Geelong.

Father-son and academy bids have ballooned out the first round of the draft from 18 picks to essentially 30.

No wonder they moved to a two-night draft. Still a lot to go tonight.

Hawthorn gets a 'slider' at pick 23, selecting under 18s All-Australian full forward Aidan Schubert out of South Australia.

Leigh Montagna rates him as the "best key forward" in the draft.

Geelong now on the clock at pick 24.

No, not the Australian cricketer. Mitch Marsh, a South Australian forward, stays in S.A and is drafted by Adelaide at pick 22.

Hawthorn back on the clock at pick 23.
