Rockstar Games has officially confirmed Aussies can pre-order the globally anticipated video game Grand Theft Auto VI, as of today.

When can I pre-order GTA 6 in Australia?

Grand Theft Auto 6 has launched for pre-orders as of today, June 25. Gamers will be able to place their purchases across major digital storefronts and other select retailers.

What is the price of GTA 6?

The standard edition of GTA 6 is priced at $129 for both the PS5 and Xbox series S and X. It includes Grand Theft Auto 6, one month of GTA+ and the Vintage Vice City Pack.

We’ve also spotted the ultimate edition of GTA 6 priced at $159.95 on the online console game stores, and includes Grand Theft Auto 6, the Vintage Vice City Pack, one month of GTA+ and the Ultimate Edition Upgrade.

When does GTA 6 officially launch?

Rockstar Games revealed last year that GTA 6 will launch this November 19, and will be available to play on the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S, and Xbox Series X.

What is GTA 6 about?

Grand Theft Auto 6 is the next instalment of one of the most popular open-world game franchises, and is set in the fictional world of Vice City, USA.

The narrative will centre around two characters, Jason and Lucia who find themselves in the middle of a criminal conspiracy.

Lucia also marks the franchise’s first ever female-led protagonist, and together, the pair will navigate high-stakes action to “make it out alive”.

GTA 6 cover art revealed

Alongside the pre-order announcement from last week, Rockstar Games also revealed the cover art that is currently being used for the game.

The art features the signature Grand Theft Auto 6 logo in the centre, with a series of nine different panels showcasing different characters, vehicles, and more.

The art is downloadable to all fans and accessible for viewing via Rockstar Games’ website.
