H&M drops coveted designer collaboration, and it’s selling out fast

H&M has dropped a collaboration like no other, partnering with haute couture extraordinaire Elie Saab. Originally lauded for his refined bridal creations, Saab’s designs are etched in red-carpet history – remember Halle Berry’s 2002 Oscar win when she wore a burgundy mesh bodice embroidered with floral appliqué and a draped crimson taffeta skirt? Yep, that was an Elie Saab design.
Today, the highly anticipated collaboration between your favourite affordable high street store and Elie Saab is available to purchase online and in-store (select stores only: Pitt St, Sydney, GPO Melbourne and Commercial Bay, Auckland), but this limited edition edit won’t last long, so you’ll need to be quick.
The luxury starts at $49.99 for the Flower Appliqué Cord Necklace and caps out at $579 for the unisex Funnel Collar Leather Jacket. The range features evening gowns, suiting, outerwear, jewellery, shoes and bags.
