In 2014, his first year in F1, Ricciardo was already on a high finishing third in the Championship – winning three titles in Canada, Hungary and Belgium. After experiencing a 2-year stint with no wins, Ricciardo would be back in 2016 at the Malaysian Grand Prix taking the top of the podium. In the following years Ricciardo continued to make a statement by securing various podiums at Azerbaijan, China and most notably the 2018 Monaco Grand Prix – a huge accolade for the young driver as the Monaco Grand Prix is considered to be the highest and most prestigious of races.
