'You're such a little baby': Woman confronts man who 'cat called' her best friend

A woman has confronted a man who 'cat called' her friend, saying she was sick of it happening.

Sophie, who shares videos @sophiegtxr, explains she was out with her best friend when it happened, again.

She said she decided to confront him as it was "the last straw".

In the video we see the woman walking towards the man holding up her phone as she is filmed by another, and the man is doing his best to hide from the camera.

We here her say: "You don't wanna say it on camera?" She then said: "Aw, look at you hiding, you're such a little baby."

The man is clearly uncomfortable with being confronted and does his best to shield his face and get away from Sophie who later said the man's "mates were embarrassed as (as f-ck) and ended up apologising on his behalf".

Sophie also explained she had to repost the video because it was initially "taken down by TikTok".

Still, her second posting of the video has been viewed 9.4 million times, and additional footage of the confrontation has been viewed 7.5 million times.

She added the hashtag #catcallingisnotokay.

And before she received any comments on her post she wrote: "Before people start flooding the comment section cat calling is sexual harassment.

"It happens way too often and this guy was the last straw."

"He knows what does is wrong that's why he's hiding," one person commented.

Another said: "He thought he did something until the table turned... scared little boy."

"The way he's hiding in the t-shirt," another wrote.

"This was so satisfying to watch," commented another TikTok follower.

"I'm gonna watch this everyday religiously to try and emulate this queen behavior," said another.

Another commented: "Can we normalise doing this real quick?"

One other observed: "He got humbled real quick."

Not everyone was impressed with her choice to confront the man however Sophie comments they are "mostly from men", some of whom suggest it is a compliment to be 'cat called'.

These people are quickly shut down by Sophie's TikTok followers who call out his behaviour.

"If y'all are friends with men like this, u're ALSO part of the problem," one person said.

"That's so embarrassing they had to apologise for him," added another.
