Wedding photographer interrupts couple during first kiss: 'Honestly, I would have cried'

A wedding photographer has come under fire for trying a little too hard to get "the shot."

In a video posted to TikTok, Jee aka @jennnayennay1 shared a video of a young couple standing at the alter.

Initially, the pair are captured looking lovingly into one another's eyes as the wedding celebrant says, "You may now kiss the bride."

The soon-to-be newlyweds light up as they lean in for the kiss before being abruptly interrupted by a cameraman shouting from afar, "Nope, too early!"

Another cameraman can be heard saying: "Gotta wait until I am centred with the thing," seemingly referring to the camera lens.

The emotion in the couple's face drastically changes as they look confused and upset by the interruption.

Jee shared the clip with the caption: "When your photographer almost misses the first kiss #oops."

The clip garnered plenty of internet attention, amassing over 200,000 likes and thousands of comments from users shocked by the photographer's controversial move.

A third blasted the photographers tone saying: "'You gotta wait til I'm centred with the thing'. No, you need to be ready to do your job. 2 photographers and neither was professional."
