Video of tradies criticising woman's pink decor goes viral

A video of tradies criticising a woman's decor has gone viral, with the men reacting to her use of the colour pink.

In the video, which has been shared by homeowner Kat Hope Jones @kathopejones, we see the men walking through the woman's apartment.

One man says, "Everything's pink, the refrigerator, the washing machine... she's got pink s--t everywhere." The second man responds with, "Yuck" before they both walk out of frame.

The video, which has since been viewed 3.6 million times, was shared along with the caption, "Turns out the maintenance guys at my apartment had opinions about my interior design."

The woman's TikTok followers have been amused by the men's comments.

One says, "They're mad they don't have taste."

"They would hate my mum's guest bathroom, all pink," says another.

"Are grown men still scared of the colour pink," questions another person.

"They probably only have a mattress on the floor," says another.

"I would have laughed so hard if they had done this to me," adds another.

Another says, "You have a pink refrigerator and a pink washing machine? Need a tour."

Kat has responded to this comment by posting not one but three separate tours of her "yucky pink apartment".

To some comments seemingly joining in the criticism of her pink apartment, one TikTok follower says, "I love that you're not upset like some of your comments, it's hilarious. Everyone has different tastes, cute house though."

"It was super silly. What's even funnier is that the girl who lives across the hall from me has a super pink apartment too," Kay replies.
